Learn Training platform
Your teams gain the skill, and you can prove it.
How it works
A cohort is invited by link, a lesson is opened, a graded quiz is passed: each step is written on the enrolment, and the certificate that ends the path carries a number an employer or an auditor can check without an account. Pick who you train and a capability below.

Operations
Around the lessons sits the part a course director depends on without seeing it: a record that survives a closed tab, an answer sheet that survives a dispute, a certificate that answers to its number for years, and accounts that hold.
Every lesson opened and completed is written on the enrolment, with the learner’s notes and bookmarks beside it. A closed tab, a new device or a month away change nothing: the path reopens where it stopped.
A quiz attempt is stored with its score and every answer given, marked practice or graded. A contested result has an answer sheet; a question that everyone misses can be found later.
A certificate is issued once, with a unique number, a PDF and a share image, and its public verification page answers to that number for as long as the platform runs. Nothing to reissue, nothing to email on request.
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, repeated failures lock the account for a while, sign-in routes are rate-limited, sessions live server-side behind HttpOnly cookies, and an audit log keeps the actions that matter. Single sign-on hands all of it to the identity platform.

Setup
You do not start with a platform project. The first course exists; a cohort is a list of addresses; the session in the room is a date. The rest is written by the learners as they go.
AI Ready is published and ready to enrol. Your own material is authored as an interactive sequence and seeded as a course, without a platform release.
Paste the addresses. Members are enrolled in batch and each receives a magic link: one click, a short validity, one use. Or let sign-in run through single sign-on.
The session is a record linked to the course and to your organisation, so the day in the room and the path online are one thing on the platform.
Progress per lesson, attempts with their answers, certificates on a graded pass, attestations in your space. You read the record; nobody types it.
Connections
A session in the room is linked to its course; learners sign in by invitation or single sign-on; interactive lessons play from an embedded runtime; and every certificate has a public address.
The platform is operated by Altores on its own stack, with an audit log and nightly backups; media lives in an object store the platform signs its own requests to.
Where to start
Nobody trains a whole organisation in a week. Each step below is the same platform, opened wider.
One course, one team, invited by link.
The room and the platform, together, for your organisation.
Your own material, as an interactive path, run for your cohorts.
Team monitoring, assignments with deadlines and course analytics are on the roadmap for organisations. We say so before you sign, not after.

A session in a room teaches; what follows it is what makes the skill stick. That is the part we build with you, so the useful conversation starts with who needs to learn what.
