What the platforms are

What each of the five does, and what sets it apart from a tool you already know.

  • What is Altores Support Portal?

Altores Support Portal is the communication layer where your AI agents are deployed. It centralises every channel your organisation runs, customer-facing and internal, and gives each AI agent what it needs to work: retrieve answers from your own systems and documentation, update records, route a request to the right team, execute the action, and hand over to a person with full context. Complete AI customer service is the first use, not the limit.

  • What types of regulated organisations can use Conformia?

Conformia is designed for any organisation with AML/KYC obligations: financial intermediaries, real estate agencies, family offices, law firms, notaries, corporate service providers, yachting brokers, and other regulated professionals. The compliance workflows and checklists are configurable per regulated sector.

    Conformia
  • What is the STRIX module?

The STRIX module manages the annual questionnaire mandated by Monaco's AMSF regulator for all regulated sectors. Conformia auto-fills 60, 80% of STRIX responses from existing platform data: dossiers, screening results, risk scores, and decision records. All five STRIX sections are covered, with sector-specific modules per the official templates.

    Conformia
  • What is Horizon?

Horizon is the Altores operations platform. It holds your members, customers, records and operations in one place, models them as typed entities with the fields your trade uses, shows them as pages composed from blocks, and runs routines on them that fire on an event, on a schedule or on request. An assistant reads the workspace through tools and proposes changes you confirm.

    Horizon
  • Is it a CRM or an ERP?

It covers the ground both usually occupy, without being sold as either. A CRM holds the customer, an ERP holds the operation, and most businesses run the two beside each other and reconcile by hand. Horizon models both in the same place, over one query engine, which is what makes a page across them possible at all.

    Horizon
  • What is a trade pack?

A pack is the entity types, pages, routines and demo data a trade needs, applied when a workspace is created. Packs compose: an association base holds members, fees, events and admissions; a private-club pack runs that base first and adds the club’s own registers, a boat type, the member fields that go with it and fleet pages. Five packs exist today: association, private club, sales and onboarding, finance, and the original cotisations campaigns.

  • What is Learn?

Learn is the Altores training platform. It carries an in-person AI session forward as a structured path of lessons, interactive content and quizzes, keeps each learner’s progress and attempts, and issues certificates that anyone can verify by their number, with a training attestation for the organisation’s records.

    Learn
  • Does it replace in-person training?

No, and it is not built to. A session in a room is where the questions get asked; Learn is what carries the material forward once everyone has gone back to their desk. The two are designed to run together: the session is a record on the platform, linked to the course and to your organisation.

    Learn
  • What is a course made of?

An ordered tree: a course, its modules, and in each module its lessons. A lesson is a video, a text, an exercise, or an interactive sequence played inside the platform. A course stands alone or complements a session in the room, and learners open it through an enrolment that keeps their progress lesson by lesson, with their notes and bookmarks.

    Learn
  • What does the organisation space do today, and what does it not do yet?

Today: an organisation holds its members and an admin role, learners are invited by magic link or enrolled in batch, sessions in the room are linked to it, and its space shows a dashboard, the member list and the attestations earned. Not yet: progress per member aggregated for a manager, assignments with a deadline, exports, and course analytics. Those are the first items on the roadmap for organisations, and we would rather you read it here than discover it at a demo.

  • What makes IAaaS different from using a third-party AI API?

A third-party AI API decides where your data goes. IAaaS is a private LLM platform that lets you decide: managed by Altores in Monaco under Monaco law, on your sovereign cloud, in your own data centre, or fully air-gapped. Nothing is ever forwarded to an external AI provider in any of them. Existing integrations keep working unmodified, and moving between those modes later does not change a line of your code.

    IAaaS
  • Which AI services are included?

LLM inference for chat and reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation over your own documents in classic or graph form, an embeddings endpoint, a builder for AI agents and assistants, voice-native agents, and document OCR that returns structured Markdown. All of them behind the same keys, the same metering and the same audit log.

What the agent does, and will not do

Its scope, what it actually changes, and the moment it hands over.

  • Can the AI actually change things, or only answer?

It writes as well as reads. It updates records in your CRM and systems of record, and executes actions such as booking an appointment, adjusting a subscription or re-running a provisioning step. Every write is logged in the audit trail with the conversation that caused it.

    Support Portal
  • How does handover to a human work?

When a request is outside automated scope, or when a person should clearly take it, the agent hands over with a summary of what happened, the sources it consulted and a sentiment read. The receiving team opens the conversation knowing the history and the tone, so the customer is never asked to explain again.

    Support Portal
  • Can the assistant change my data on its own?

No. It reads through tools, searches records, follows relations and proposes pages, routines or record changes as tool calls you approve. High-impact writes are never applied unsupervised, and every write it makes goes through the same service and the same activity log as a person’s.

    Horizon
  • One agent answering subscribers, one helping advisers: is it the same one?

No, and these two are not the only ones possible. The first is deployed on your channels and talks to your subscribers. The second lives in your internal tools and only talks to your teams. They share the same foundation and the same rules, not the same role. You start with whichever you miss most, and compose others as you go.

    Telecom
  • Can the agent act on a subscriber account, or only answer?

Both, and you decide which. It reads your systems to fetch a data balance or a billing line, and it can write to them where you allow it. The scope is declared: outside it, the agent hands over rather than improvising.

    Telecom
  • Can the agent grant an entitlement or refuse a request?

No, and that is not a setting: it has no such scope. It answers, it checks papers, it records, it books an appointment, and it hands over. Every decision stays with an officer, looking at a file already prepared.

    Public services
  • Can the agent actually book an appointment, or only suggest one?

Book it, where you allow it. It reads your availability, writes the appointment into your system and confirms to the customer in the same exchange. The scope is declared: outside it, the agent hands over.

    Services and operations
  • What happens when a request falls outside its scope?

It hands the right team a summary of the exchange, what it has already checked and the customer’s state of mind. A cancellation or a safety alert are recognised as such, not answered from a script.

    Services and operations
  • Can the agent grant a refund or waive dues?

No. Those are decisions your statutes reserve to the committee, and the agent’s scope excludes them. It states what the text provides, passes the request on with the join date and the reason, and the committee decides.

Where its answers come from

What it draws on, how it names it, and how you check what it says.

  • How does the sanctions screening work?

Conformia runs parallel screening against multiple sources, including OFAC, UN, EU, and national sanctions lists, as well as PEP (politically exposed person) databases. Fuzzy matching with configurable thresholds handles name variations. Alerts are generated automatically and follow a structured workflow: Open → Under Review → True Match or False Positive → Closed.

    Conformia
  • How is the audit trail protected against tampering?

The audit log uses SHA-256 hash chaining, each record cryptographically links to the previous one. The underlying database role has no UPDATE or DELETE permissions on the audit table, making retrospective modification impossible. Integrity is verified automatically on a weekly schedule, and full inspection packs can be exported for regulator submission.

    Conformia
  • Where do its answers come from, and can they be checked?

From your documentation and your systems, and it names the source of each answer. That is what the demonstration above shows in every scene: the sources read appear before the answer goes out.

    Public services
  • Our volunteers change often. Does everything have to be redone each time?

No, quite the opposite: the register keeps who changed what and when, and the agent answers from your documents, so what is written once stays available as the team turns over. A new volunteer asks the agent instead of hunting for whoever knew.

What it plugs into

The channels and tools it reads and writes. Do we have to replace what we run?

  • Does it work for internal and back-office flows too?

Yes, and that is the point of it being a communication platform rather than a support tool. The same recognition, routing and execution apply to internal requests arriving on internal channels, from an IT or HR queue to a deploy request in Slack.

    Support Portal
  • Which channels are supported?

Ten: live chat widget, WhatsApp, email, voice, SMS, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, LINE and TikTok DMs.

    Support Portal
  • What can a routine do, and what can it not do yet?

It fires on six triggers: record created, updated, field changed, relation changed, a schedule, or a button. It runs sixteen actions: create, update or delete a record, add or remove a tag, link entities, update a relation, send an email, generate a document, branch on a condition or a switch, wait, set a variable, call an HTTP endpoint, validate data, log an activity. Two things are on the roadmap and not there yet: an inbound webhook trigger, and a true dry-run that simulates without writing.

    Horizon
  • Is the API compatible with OpenAI SDK clients?

Yes. IAaaS exposes an OpenAI-compatible REST API, so any application already using the OpenAI SDK switches by changing the base URL and the key. Streaming, multi-turn conversations and multimodal inputs are supported.

    IAaaS
  • Do we have to replace our CRM or billing system?

No. The agent plugs into them. That is the whole point of the demonstration above: every scene shows which sources were read before the answer went out.

    Telecom
  • Do we have to change our case management tools?

No. The agent plugs into them: it reads the citizen record, the case directory, the entitlement register and the appointment system, and it writes to them where you allow it.

    Public services
  • Do we have to replace our CRM or scheduling tool?

No. The agent plugs into them, as it does at VoltandGo. Every scene in the demonstration shows which sources were read before the answer went out.

    Services and operations
  • Do we have to change our membership management tool?

You can keep it: the agent reads your file, your dues and your payments, and writes to them where you allow it. You can also replace it with Horizon, the Altores operations platform, where the file, the dues, the receipts and the calendar live in one register and the reminders run on their own: your spreadsheet is imported, column by column. The demonstration shows both.

Where your data goes

Who sees it, under which law, in which country, and how far the isolation goes.

  • Where is our data hosted?

In Europe by default, with optional deployment in your own cloud or fully air-gapped on the sovereign AI platform. Full audit logs, data retention policies, contact deletion, and 2FA or SAML single sign-on for access control.

    Support Portal
  • Can Conformia run fully on-premise?

Yes. Conformia includes a parametric on-premise installer with scripted deployment in a single command. It supports Let's Encrypt, client-supplied certificates, or no-TLS modes; LDAP/Active Directory federation; S3-compatible or SFTP backup destinations; and offline Docker image delivery for air-gapped environments. Rollback to prior versions is supported.

    Conformia
  • How does the AI assistance work, and is it safe for sensitive compliance data?

The Conformia AI layer uses compliance-specific skills (screening analysis, EDD drafting, risk explanation, document analysis, STRIX assistance). All AI calls pass through a PII redaction proxy before reaching any language model. Sensitive STR (suspicious transaction report) files are never accessible to the AI without explicit MLRO authorisation. Three data tiers are supported: full on-premise, EU-sovereign partners, and cloud-global, with on-premise as the secure default.

    Conformia
  • Where does our data live, and which model does the assistant use?

Each workspace is isolated: its entities, pages, routines and documents are scoped to it, and one account can run several workspaces side by side. The assistant runs on the model configured for the workspace, which can be the sovereign AI platform, so no record has to leave the perimeter you set. Uploaded files are validated by kind and size before they are stored.

    Horizon
  • How does certification work, and can anyone check it?

A course ends with a graded quiz. Passing it issues the certificate on its own: a unique number, a PDF, an image made for sharing. The platform exposes a public verification page that answers to the number, without an account: who, which course, when. Beside the certificate, a training attestation is issued for the organisation’s records.

    Learn
  • Where does the data live?

On the Altores stack, operated by Altores: a database with embedded migrations, nightly backups, an audit log of the actions that matter, and media in an object store the platform signs its own requests to. Sign-in routes are rate-limited, sessions live server-side behind HttpOnly cookies, and the containers run without root.

    Learn
  • Who can see our data, and under which law?

In the managed mode the platform runs on Monaco Cloud and the data is held under Monaco jurisdiction, with GDPR-aligned processing terms; Monaco Cloud itself holds HDS certification, the French standard for hosting health data. In the self-hosted modes, sovereign cloud, on-premise and air-gapped, the data stays inside your own perimeter, Altores holds no copy, and data residency is whatever your own infrastructure already satisfies. Every mode writes the same immutable audit log.

    IAaaS
  • Can IAaaS run in an air-gapped environment?

Yes. It deploys in environments with no external network access, with images delivered offline. All inference happens locally, and nothing in the platform requires an internet dependency to serve a request.

    IAaaS
  • Does our data leave the country?

Only if you decide it should. The platform runs on our sovereign AI foundation, and hosting is a choice: with us in Monaco, on your own infrastructure, or inside the closed environment your regulator requires.

    Telecom
  • Does citizen data leave our jurisdiction?

Only if you decide it should. The platform runs on our sovereign AI foundation, and hosting is a choice: in Monaco under Monegasque law, inside the European Union, on your own infrastructure, or in a fully air-gapped environment.

    Public services
  • Does our customer data leave our walls?

Only if you decide it should. The platform runs on our sovereign AI foundation, and hosting is a choice: with us in Monaco, on your own infrastructure, or in a closed environment.

    Services and operations
  • Does our member data leave our walls?

Only if you decide it should. Each association has its own workspace, isolated; the assistant runs on the model configured for that workspace, which can be our sovereign AI foundation; and hosting is a choice: with us in Monaco, on your own infrastructure, or in a closed environment.

Starting and running it

What it takes to begin, and how usage is measured afterwards.

  • How quickly can we launch a first use case?

A pilot starts on one workflow, on one channel, with one knowledge source. It begins with an audit of how requests reach you today, which is also what gives you the before-and-after: without it, nobody can say whether the agent improved anything. We build, test and train on that scope before opening a second channel.

    Support Portal
  • Do we need a technical team to get started?

No. Altores runs the full setup: channel integration, connecting your systems of record, knowledge base, agent configuration, SLA policies, automation rules, testing and team training. Your team goes live ready to operate.

    Support Portal
  • Is the product available in English?

Not yet. The interface, the emails and the seeded content are in French today; a locale framework with English as the second language is on the roadmap. Say so before a demo if your team does not read French, and we will tell you plainly where that leaves you.

    Horizon
  • How do learners sign in?

Two ways. By invitation: a magic link sent to their address, one click, a short validity, one use, which is how a cohort arrives on a training day without inventing passwords. Or by single sign-on through the Altores identity platform. Local accounts, where they exist, use a strong password policy and lock after repeated failures.

    Learn
  • Is the first course available in English?

AI Ready, the first course, is in French today. An English version is on the roadmap. Say so before a session if your team does not read French, and we will tell you plainly where that leaves you.

    Learn
  • Can we build on it without a platform team?

That is what it is for. IAaaS is the layer the Altores AI agents themselves call, exposed so you can call it the same way: authentication, quotas, model routing, usage accounting and audit logging are already there. A project team integrates and ships, without standing up inference servers, a billing pipeline or a compliance trail first.

    IAaaS
  • How are usage and billing managed?

The platform meters usage per client, per model and per billing period, with configurable monthly quotas and either a hard block or pay-as-you-go overage. Usage data is visible in the console and exports to CSV over any date range.

    IAaaS
  • What hardware does it need?

It runs on a single GPU server for a small deployment and scales to a cluster. In the managed mode there is no hardware for you to buy at all. Sizing is part of the deployment work rather than a number quoted before anyone has seen your load.

    IAaaS
  • What does getting started look like?

A workspace with the association pack, which seeds the records, the pages and the routines an association uses; your spreadsheet imported on top; and a first routine switched on, the dues reminder, read and tested before it runs. The rest widens afterwards, on the same records.
