Your telecom customer service, augmented one conversation at a time
One agent answering your subscribers, another prompting the adviser, and as many more as your operation calls for. You decide who handles what, and it all happens inside your systems.
You set the dial request by request: what the agent handles alone, what it prepares, what it leaves to the adviser.

The agent, facing the subscriber
The agent answers, and that is the end of it
The subscriber writes or calls. The agent reads the bill, the usage and the network status, answers in the language it received, and acts in your systems where you allow it. Nobody was pulled in, no ticket was opened.
The request steps outside the scope you set. The agent does not guess: it hands over a summary, the customer’s state of mind and what it has already checked. The adviser picks up a conversation, not an empty ticket.
The second agent never talks to the subscriber. It knows your plans, your procedures and your documents, answers the adviser from them, and names the document each answer came from.
The record updated, the action triggered, the full history: what was said and done is written into your systems, and stays there. The reasons that keep coming back are spotted along the way. Post-call work stops piling up.
After every exchange, the typing waits: a summary, the reason, the customer record, the next step. It does it in the adviser’s place, and the reasons that keep coming back become visible.
It does the work that follows each conversation, so the adviser moves on to the next one.

Questions
No, and these two are not the only ones possible. The first is deployed on your channels and talks to your subscribers. The second lives in your internal tools and only talks to your teams. They share the same foundation and the same rules, not the same role. You start with whichever you miss most, and compose others as you go.
Both, and you decide which. It reads your systems to fetch a data balance or a billing line, and it can write to them where you allow it. The scope is declared: outside it, the agent hands over rather than improvising.
No. The agent plugs into them. That is the whole point of the demonstration above: every scene shows which sources were read before the answer went out.
Only if you decide it should. The platform runs on our sovereign AI foundation, and hosting is a choice: with us in Monaco, on your own infrastructure, or inside the closed environment your regulator requires.
