The altores.mc website is published by Altores and hosted on a server located in Monaco.
2.What the site offers
This site presents Altores, its platforms, the AI agents they run and the sectors they are built for. It also publishes articles and news.
It sells nothing and offers no subscription: no account, no payment and no order goes through it. The use of Altores platforms is governed by the contract agreed with each client and by each platform’s own terms, not by these terms.
3.Access and acceptance
Access to the site is free. By browsing it, you accept these terms, which are read together with our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
4.The site’s content
- Information, not an offer. The pages describe what our platforms and agents do. They are neither a contractual offer nor a commitment: what a client receives is defined by their contract.
- Demonstrations are staged. The exchanges played on product and sector pages use fictitious data and illustrate typical scenarios.
- Estimates are indicative. The calculator gives an order of magnitude from what you enter. It is not a quote.
- Articles and news are dated. They describe the situation at their publication date, or at their update date when one is shown.
- Errors get corrected. If you spot inaccurate information, write to us and we will correct it.
5.Intellectual property
- The site’s texts, visuals, animations and code belong to Altores unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse requires our prior written consent, except short quotations accompanied by their source.
- The names, logos and trademarks of our clients, partners and media belong to their respective owners.
- You may link to any page of the site, provided you do not display it inside another site’s frame.
6.Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not control: the press, our clients’ websites or LinkedIn. Their content and their practices are their publishers’ responsibility.
7.Personal data and cookies
What the site does with your data is described in our privacy policy, and what it stores in your browser in our cookie policy.
8.Prohibited uses
By using the site, you agree not to:
- attempt unauthorised access to the server, its systems or documents not meant for you;
- disrupt its operation, in particular with a volume of requests that slows it down;
- use its content to mislead, for example by presenting yourself as Altores.
Indexing robots, including those of generative search engines, are welcome within the limits of the robots.txt file.
9.Addressed documents
Some pages are documents addressed to a specific organisation: they are neither indexed nor linked from the site, and they are protected. They are meant for their recipient only, who may not share them without our consent.
