We ran the Digital Innovation Summit Monaco

A hundred people gathered in the Principality for a day of talks on artificial intelligence and what it takes to put it to work. The event was ours, from the programme to the stage.

Event

On 17 November 2023, a hundred people came together in Monaco for a day we had built end to end: the programme, the speakers, the stage, the logistics.

The idea fitted in two words: use cases. There as everywhere else, a great deal was being said about artificial intelligence and blockchain, and rather little about what those technologies do once deployed. We wanted a day that showed rather than announced, and where the people who build things met each other properly.

What it changed for us

It was not a marketing exercise. It is where we measured the gap between what the market imagined AI to be and what could actually be delivered at the time. That gap became the Altores thesis: one trade at a time, with the people who practise it, and demonstrations rather than promises.

We would like to do it again. No date is set today.
